Finally can put Kearney, NE on the running map. A break in the weather and I finally went outside to run. Been on the treadmill all week recovering from 50k race in California last weekend, too hot with temps in the 90s or the wind blowing 30-40 mph! Tired this week from lots of traveling last weekend to Robinson Flat 50k, staying in Kearney but working in Grand Island an hour away. Back to Grand Island next week.
