Notes

Did interval workout on treadmill today. 1 mile to warm up, 6 half mile intervals with .10 rest time. Warmed up with about 9 min/mile pace, ran intervals at 7.8 mph which is 7:41 min/mile pace, rested in between with 3.5 mph walk for .05 them sped up to 7.8 by the time .10m had gone by. Did 3 intervals flat and last 3 at 1% incline to get the HR up. Still don't have HR monitor back from Polar yet. Half mile to cool down.
