Really solid hill workout. Didn't get the best night sleep last night but that's okay. I felt really good and this is the fastest I've ever been able to do this workout by far. I also felt a lot better than I ever have on this particular workout. The splits for the hills were 7-10 seconds faster than what I did them in last year. And the steady also felt way easier and more efficient.
