Notes

I just wanted to get out and stretch my legs a little. My left leg hurts really bad still but it has gotten a little better. It still hurts to stretch my quad past a 90 degree angle. Hopefully this clears up soon. I have been icing it 3 times a day and trying to avoid putting stress on it. During the ride it was almost impossible to stand up and pedal so I had to sit the whole time. This made it very hard to get started after stopping.
