Went to the injury screening this morning. They wanted me to take another week off but me and janota decided that's too much time off so I biked today and tomorrow I'll see how my knees feel. On Friday I'll run. They said my left hip sits lower than my right and I need to strengthn it up. I also have bad posture so if I lay on a roller after finishing that would help my back. Today my knees feel sore. It's not too bad but they don't feel good either. Later today I may swim just to do a little extra but I'm not sure if I will.
