Notes

First 6 easy last 5.3 steady. In hindsight we should've made the steady like 8 or 9 miles or just done the whole thing steady. I was at 6 flat for the whole steady which is a touch fast but I felt amazing today. After finishing I wanted to do more but we're stepping back a bit this week. I'm happy that I felt so good on this though.
