Notes

2 mi warmup, 8x2' hard 2' min easy, 4x100 strides. Woke up feeling like crap but this workout went really well. The paces for the on portions were: 5:06, 5:14, 4:59, 4:55, 4:49, 4:59, 4:53, 4:51. Pretty happy that I finished stronger than I started. Felt very controlled. Want to do 3xmile at 5k pace soon with the goal of running 4:50 for each mile. After that workout I'll be ready to really get after it in a time trial. I've gotta find people to race with for that or get people to pace me.
