After we finished arguing with Lindell for 15 minutes about whether or not it's reasonable to drive a friendly 5 over the speed limit we embarked on this run. The first 6 miles were alright, it was super humid out so that sucked but otherwise I was okay. But then I got the worst side stitch I've ever gotten. I ran through it for a quarter of a mile but then it got so much worse so I stopped and walked it off and stretched a bit. Then I finished the run with Paul and Lindell.
