Was going to do 6x1200m vo2max but got .35 miles into the first one and my left hamstring started tweaking. I never had anything like that happen before. I did drills and two strides before starting feeling totally fine. Every step made it worse and I stopped to do some dynamic stretching and walked it off. It didn't get better, so I decided I'd jog a bit to see if that loosened it up but the damage was done. It still had sharp pain the whole jog home. Hoping it resolves itself. Hate to miss a workout especially because I felt ready to roll on this hoe.
