12x210ish. Felt really smooth and overall just very good on these. Hit 34s at the start and finished around 32 consistently. That's a touch fast but I think everyone felt really smooth. The fact that we've done a few hill workouts made these feel a lot more efficient. Couldn't get my second run in yesterday but I biked to practice yesterday and I also walked really far so I don't think it would've been smart to go 3 miles at 8 when I got back.
