Notes
I'd like to look at this as a learning experience. I ran 5:03, 5:35, 5:34. That wasn't the kind of race I had prepped for and it's not the type of race I am proud of. I'm not mad at the time, I'm mad at how uneven the splits were. The race got out really fast and I just went with it. Then when it got slow I pretty much went with that too. The last mile I didn't have much left. In the future I've gotta learn to just chill and have confidence that I'll be able to make up ground in the last mile. The good thing about this is that I know how it feels to get out too fast and I'll be able to better pace myself later on.
