First 1.5ish easy then picked up to steady. Rolled around 6:10 for a bit then got down to 5:45ish around 3.5 miles in. Then the last 2ish were around 5:30. Overall this felt very good and I felt super good running in this temperature. I wanted to run exactly my correct paces for this and I think I accomplished that. I see no reason to try anything on a workout like this, especially 2 days out from a race.
