This was a tough workout. It (the hills) felt easier than 2 weeks ago because of the weather and the fact that I've improved since then. We started of with about 15 minutes easy then took our first 2 hills. I felt good on these first two. Me and Tyler were working together well. Then we did 20 minutes steady which was an improvement from last time because last time we went easy in between. I was still feeling good. On the next 2 hills I stuck with Tyler and we got them done. They were a little tougher but not to the point where I was hurting. We did another 15 minutes steady. Again it felt progressively tougher even though we were doing the same pace we started with. Then 2 more hills. I was able to stick with Tyler on the 5th but I was really feeling it. On the 6th I made it to the steep part and Tyler pulled away from me and there was nothing I could do. I tried hard and I just couldn't get up there. We did 5 minutes easy then another hill. I fell off Tyler a little after the steep part. I felt spent after this. We went and did a mile cool down which felt great after pushing so hard the whole workout. Overall this was a great workout and probably one of the toughest in a while. I've gotta say that I think led Zeppelin hurt more than this but this was tough. I was just so exhausted on the last 2 hills of this one.
