Notes
Ran until my watch hit 2 miles and turned. I felt good today. It was a bit hot but since it was an easy day it wasn't too bad. At first I couldn't get in a rhythm but eventually I did and it felt great. This next week I'm going to try to do a lot of biking and swimming. On Saturday I may bike to cenntenial, swim, and bike back but that idea is still in the air.
