First 7 were easy, last 2 were m pace/tempo. Averaged 5:45 for the last 2 miles and felt very good. This run was good except for my hands and face which were frozen. The last 2 miles felt pretty good too. I think I benefit a lot on long runs like this. I feel like I respond so much better to a long run with some kind of pickup than I do to 1200s or woodloops. I like having the whole workout in one run.
