Notes

Very easy 10 mile run. I enjoyed this enough because it was easy on my cardiovascular system but still some quality time on our feet. My legs were tired from this one and after yesterdays workout too. I'm going to go to morning practice tomorrow because I don't really have any nagging injuries popping up and I would like a nice easy run the day before the meet.
