Notes

Solid workout. Ran the first 12 easy then the last 3 were m pace. It ended up being more like the last 3.2 m pace. Last 3 miles were 5:51, 5:48, and 5:42. For me that's a good sign that I'm in really good shape. Tomorrow I'm probably gonna swim since I haven't taken a day off from running for a few weeks.
