One of the hardest workouts I have done on a bike. I did a 10 minute warmup, 4x7minutes hard 3 minutes easy, then a 10 minute cooldown. Each interval I made harder than the last. I do this workout a lot on bikes but today I pushed myself harder than I had ever done it before. I could tell I was working harder than last time by the way I felt. It was a very good workout.
