Pretty solid workout today. I felt much better than last time we did this workout. I felt really solid through all 8 hill loops. So I've improved a lot since last time or I just had a good day today and a bad day last time. Either way, I'm happy with this. The m pace at the end was good as well. My legs were really tired but we got it done. We also progressed on it a lot and my watch said we were going 5:45-5:50ish at the end.
