Notes

Warmup, 2x(2x200,400) with equal jogs. Had to leave the track because a gym class came out to the track. Was planning on doing more, but decided to just through in a hard minute long hill to finish the workout. This was my first track rep workout in a while and I still got 1600m of quality work in.
