Pretty solid workout. I was feeling a little sub par today because I've only gotten about 7 hours of sleep the last two nights but got through it. Doing the sub 4 one in the middle took a bit out of me but it definitely wasn't unmanageable. It also didn't feel extremely fast when we were doing it so I think that's a good sign. Will make it a point to get better sleep in the future.
