warmup; 6xE capitol w/ jog down recovery; 2 miles hard down the canyon (first mile had a lot of uphill; second was straight downhill); cooldown. Pretty solid day, hills were a grind since they're at about 10% grade. Good to get the uphill and downhill training in while the trails are a mess. Hit about 1400 ft of elevation gain total.
