This run I did in an effort to run without knee pain. It doesn't hurt when I run its only afterword. After Saturday's run my knees got very sore and I thought the pain would go away with a good nights sleep but it didn't. My right knee hurt more than my left for some reason. Today the feel good and I realized I can usually run 30 minutes or less and my knees are okay. So this week I'm going to do as much running as I can pain free, and probably bike too. Then on Saturday I'll run the track tryout as long as my knees don't seriously hurt.
