3 up; 10 m pace with the first few miles being on the marathon course; 3 down. Course has a ton of downhill at the start but not without a very annoying climb in mile two. Took a carbs gel before and then a maurten 320 drink mix as I worked through this. Planning on racing with maurten gels.
