Had 3 minutes of rest in between each one. Another good consistent interval workout. Felt very good today. I ate healthier the last 2 days and that's definitely made a difference. I also took ice baths after saturdays workout and the last 2 interval workouts we've done. I feel like those are definitely helping with recovery. I'm not going to take one today though because I've got a bit of a head cold. On the next 1200 workout we do I want to hit them in 3:57 or slightly faster. So, overall a good solid interval workout. I'm looking forward to the upcoming meets though I would be happy if the york meet got cancelled and we just did a workout instead.
