Notes

Did an interval workout on the bike. Didn't want to just ride for an hour steady so I varied the level of difficulty. It was a pretty good workout overall. Tonight I went to accelerated physical therapy and they gave me some excercises to do. Our insurance doesn't cover accelerated so we'll have to find someplace else. It went pretty good. I found out that I need to strengthen my hips and stretch my hips and hamstrings. I also found out that running through this wouldn't be that bad. Sure, it would hurt and it wouldn't get better but it wouldn't get so bad that I couldn't run. I just don't like getting it so bad that it is really hard to walk up stairs. So on Friday I'll probably start running again and come back slower next week until I'm back at whole speed again.
