Forcing myself to get back into the weight room. I have gone a long time without lifting and lost a decent amount of weight from atrophy. I tend to get too into lifting when I start it back up and gain weight quickly which hurts my running. Want to make sure that I am doing this to supplement running and help support it. Plan is to be conservative with lifting and go well under my limits.
