Pretty solid workout. Felt good today. In general our splits got quicker as the workout went on. I didn't wear flats today because my left IT band was still feeling a little weird but better than yesterday. I can't feel it at all when I'm running and it actually feels better after running so I think it's really just a weird little thing that shouldn't cause any more problems but I don't want to jinx it by saying that.
