Notes

2 mile warmup, 8 mile chill progression on hilly backroads, 4xslater hill, cooldown. Pretty happy with this workout. Weather was nice. There were multiple points during the progression where I had to go up a big hill and it really messed with my rhythm. Training with that is beneficial for xc training because it teaches me how to deal with changing paces/surfaces/inclines.
