Easy at liberty. Did a lot of foot stretching and exercises to get the blood flowing throughout the day. I could feel the pain on the run, but if I was careful to not flex my foot too much it was fine. It definitely feels like a muscle/tendon in my foot that's sore rather than a bone. Working on stretching my calf and shin muscles as well.
