Notes

Rode at 90 rpm. Did a hard interval workout today since I couldn't do it yesterday. Did a ten minute warmup then 4x7 minutes hard 3 minutes easy then a 10 minute cooldown. Looking forward to finally running again tomorrow. Knees feeling good but cracking a lot when I bend down. I have been keeping up with the excercise that I got from accelerated.
