Notes

Today when I was running I was thinking about how much I enjoy it. It was just great to be out there, and I realized how much I missed when I took a week off. My knees feel like they are improving. They didn't feel as week, but I am still a little nervous to go back to full speed. This afternoon I'll probably go to the ymca and do some leg exercises on the machines and also swim or bike just to get in a little extra training. Next week I should hopefully be able to do the full workouts as long as my knees feel better.
