2x4 min hill w/ 1 min between then a 5 min jog down, followed by 2x9 min hills with 5 min jog down between. Felt solid on this one. Excited to really nail some hill workouts in the coming weeks. Definitely my weak spot since I've been very focused on bringing my tempo workout paces down.
