5 up; 8 m pace (took a gel break after 4 and then a short break after another 2 because I felt bad); 3 ish down. Sub par day for sure. Wasn't ready for the humidity and did a ton of walking yesterday. Went surfing after which was really fun despite not getting up very much. If I ever live near the ocean I will 100% be buying a wetsuit and surfboard.
