3 wood loops. I felt very good today and the pacing was good. This was an m pace workout and I think it came out to be very close to my actual m pace. I really don't have much to complain about. Right when we started my left knee felt weird all around it, almost like it was out of place. That went away after a minute and didn't bother me again. I'm very happy with this workout and all the previous workouts for the past few weeks. I feel like we've been very smart about them and it's going to pay off come cross country season.
