Notes

First day of weights. I really just wanted to get the motion down for each thing so I did them for the most part with no weight added to the bar. On Thursday I'll add some weight but I'll be gradual with it.

4 sets of 5 Clean pulls

3 sets of 8 Deadlifts

3x12:

-Single arm pull

-Lat pulldown

-Bench Press

-Military Press
