Notes

Was not expecting a good workout especially after having a bad day yesterday but was very surprised. To start I managed to run negative splits even after hitting the first mile in 6:04. This was a huge confidence booster. Next, during the run I felt very relaxed and at ease where usually when we do an m-pace workout I start to hurt right off the bat. My only complaint is that after finishing my left knee felt a little sore on the cooldown. It wasn't unbearable but I just want it to be better. Otherwise it was probably the best m-pace I've had in a while.
