Notes

Have been doing core and un weighted exercises but this was really my first day back lifting. Surprised myself by the fact that I can still lift close to what I was doing at the end of the summer.

3x10 Bulgarian Split Squat @70 pounds total

3x10 Dumbbell bench Press @50 pound dumbbells

3x10 Single Leg Squat @Body Weight

3x8 Military Press @35 pound dumbbells
