1 up; 8 m pace; 1 down. Felt solid, could hold this a lot longer. Not sure if it would be accurate marathon pace though, I think on the downhill section of the course 5:25 will be fine. Should probably slow up to high 5:30s after that to be safe though. Would rather have more to give the last few miles instead of crashing and burning. Also recognize that I will feel a lot fresher on race day, the last two days have had a lot of vert.
