This was a pretty good run. The pace was 5-10 seconds faster than what our group would usually run for a steady run. I think that's ok though. I felt good enough. It wasn't easy but it just felt like how a steady should generally feel. In the past 2 days I've already had 2 little pains pop up. In my right Achilles I've had a bit of tightness. Yesterday I fixed it by rolling and icing. My right knee also feels off. I've kept up on my pt exercises but I think the snow takes a toll on my knees and joints in general. That extra friction is not good and something I've got to look out for.
