Pretty successful interval workout. I felt really strong. My legs are a little tired from the whole season but I still am progressing my fitness. This felt good. I don't want to say it was easy because it wasn't. But it definitely wasn't a workout that took a lot of mental strength, which it probably shouldn't anyway. I felt really good. I'm looking forward to nxr.
