Notes
This was a solid workout. I felt decent but my right hamstring has been sore so I’ll keep an eye on it and if it’s still sore tomorrow I’ll take a day off tomorrow. I’ve run 90 miles in the last 7 days. Aside from the hamstring i feel solid but i can feel the heaviness in my legs. Did the last 3 miles in 17:05. I felt a little sluggish on that but i was still running 5:40 which is solid.
