Really chill m pace. Felt pretty good. Legs are still not as fresh as I wish they were, and I think that's a result of me sacrificing quality for quantity this year with training. After saturday's race I'm going to try to stay between the 60-70 range and really focus on hitting fast workouts. I really wish I would've chilled like 3 weeks ago and realized that running an extra ten miles in the week is less important than running really solid workouts. Not saying I haven't been having good workouts, but I just wish I would've put more emphasis on them and less on mileage.
