8,6,4,2,4,2. Pretty happy with the times I hit for this. Could really feel it. I was going to do another 2x(400,200) but at this point in the workout my legs felt pretty heavy. Maybe I should have pushed through it, but I also don't think running myself into the ground on a rep workout is a good thing. At the end of the day I got some pretty quick reps under my belt.
