3 mile tempo; 3 min rest; 2 mile tempo. This one was rough for some reason. Felt like I was working much harder than the paces indicated and it's weird because I have run significantly faster in salt lake for continuous 5 mile tempos while feeling better. I know workout success can ebb and flow and this one was just a sub par day. Was 16:04 for the 3 mile and then 10:52 for the 2 mile.
