Notes

Just went out for an easy run. I want to come back slow and steady. Today I tried leaning forward and putting my hips forward about halfway through because at accelerated they said that would help and my left knee was feeling odd. It did feel better to run that way but I probably looked pretty stupid. I'll get it down eventually though. Tomorrow I'm not going to run to give my knees a chance to fully recover. I'll bike or swim though. I also did a harder workout on a bike today to get a better cardio workout in.
