Notes
This was a good workout. The progression was pretty even. I honestly didn't feel too fresh coming into this and it's definitely from taking the last 2 easy days a little too fast. For me personally I just need to go easier on easy days within reason. So tomorrow I'll make sure to go pretty easy so that I get recovered as possible for the hill workout. My knees are sore after the fact so tonight I'll do some leg strengthening stuff and I'll throw in some pull ups and push ups as well.
