Felt decent today. It was hot and this run wasn't enjoyable but otherwise I felt good. Yesterday we went on a long Pokemon go bike ride but it didn't really affect me today. A little after the halfway point me, josh and Evan dropped from the bigger group and ran easier. We were around 7:10 for the rest of the run.
