4 up; 10 m pace (5:37); 4 down. Felt sub par but got through it. Took a gu around 2 miles and quickly got a sip of water, then popped a salt tab at 5 miles and another sip of water, then another gu at 8 miles and took another sip of water. Practicing getting nutrition and water down while moving at this pace. Definitely didn't NEED the gus but wanted to work on training the gut a bit to be able to handle them while pushing. Stomach felt a little off but not terrible. I'm used to taking nutrition in during ultras where I'm moving slower, but not while pushing in a workout like this.
