The weather is starting to cool off in earnest. Leaves will soon be on the ground.
Dinner last night : Chicken and vegetables baked in a crock topped w/breadcrumbs and cheese.
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: 12" veggie sub from subway, small doritoes, 32 oz water
Energy level: 6.
First part of the run felt pretty good, stopped for a drink at the halfway point and realized I had a very mild case of asthma going, which persisted till the end. Damn lungs anyway. Compare stats from this run with 06/30/07, you were in way better shape then. Still got a ways to go, bud.
